Description
A local favorite to West Chester heads and Chester County nature enthusiasts alike, the Stroud Preserve is a great place for a walk in nature as it was intended to be. The bridge is the first thing you cross as you step over the Brandywine River and enter the preserve. This is the view from tying your shoe and looking up at the journey ahead. I was inspired to make this piece, as I spent a lot of time wandering and hiking around this park once I got my drivers license as a teen. Barefoot walks, river tubing, and finding a spot with my guitar were along my favorite things to do here. This is a view of a cloudy day at the preserve. As forewarning as the stormy clouds may be, the beauty is still abundantly abound.
